Harvesting and Storage: Harvest the ears when husks have dried and kernels are plump, well-colored, and shiny. Husk and dry cobs in a cool, well-ventilated space. After one month, test-pop a few kernels every few days until successful. Remove kernels from cobs and store in dark containers.
