Hardy Annual Fast-growing large leaf variety with an aromatic flavor. Very cold tolerant. Good for either overwintering or an early spring crop. Use fresh in salads or for steaming. Moderate bolt resistance.

Planting & Care
Soil & Water: Spinach prefers loose, well-drained soil with moderate nutrients enriched with plenty of added organic matter. Soil pH preference is 6.5-7.5.
Planting & Growing: In spring, direct seed as soon as soil can be worked. Spinach prefers cool weather and can handle light frosts. For a fall crop, sow seeds in a protected area 8 weeks before the first frost. Can sow every 7 days for a continual harvest.
Harvesting & Storage: Treat spinach as a cut-and-come again plant, or harvest outside leaves individually. Use fresh, freeze, or steam.
