All non-bulk orders are shipped in Simple Grow's plastic bags, then boxed. Larger bulk orders are typically packaged in one ton super-sacks and ship on a pallet.

What shipping carriers do you use?

For small orders, we use the USPS & FedEx. Larger commercial orders will ship on a variety of high-quality carriers, based on a custom freight quote.

How long before my order ships?

The typical turnaround time is 24-48 hours on bag orders. Bulk orders can take longer, due to the need to arrange custom shipping for your order.

What is the typical transit time?

Bag orders will arrive in 2-4 days after they've shipped on USPS priority mail or FedEx Ground / HomeDelivery. Bulk orders typically vary from 1-3 days after they ship out, depending on where you're located.

What are the freight options?

We are flexible on shipping large orders. If you have a preferred method of shipping your worm
castings, feel free to let us know. Typically we ship to commercial addresses with a way to unload one-ton bags of castings. If you need a liftgate to unload the castings, let us know and we can arrange that.
