Plants begin producing pods when they reach 18 inches tall and continue until frost. The large leaves, around 16 inches across, offer ample shade and beauty.

The slender, virtually spineless pods of Burmese Okra grow to 9-12 inches and mature from light green to creamy yellow-green. Tender and sweet at 10 inches long, they are perfect for raw consumption or adding to salads. Unlike other varieties, Burmese Okra pods are less gooey, making them ideal for various culinary uses.

Growing instructions: Warm-season annual. Full sun. Direct sow after danger of frost has passed, spacing seeds 12-18 inches apart. Provide consistent moisture for best pod development.
