First application: Sprinkle into the row of seeds or seedlings (1–2 tbsp per foot). Water immediately. Be careful not to over-apply — too much can over-energize and stunt root growth.
Second application: Once seeds emerge, apply a light dose and water immediately. Repeat every 6 weeks through the growing season if desired.
Soil amending: Apply 1–2 cups per 1,000 sq ft in spring or fall to rebuild soil health for the season ahead.
