DESCRIPTION
The Self Blanch cauliflower has large leaves formed tightly around the head. Cauliflower plants grow to about a foot tall. The smooth, fine-grained heads are great for pickling and freezing. Cauliflower needs good soil and benefits from mulch around the base of the plant to keep weeds down. Regular watering will keep the soil cool for better growth. Excellent Source Of Vitamins: C, B6
