A sprout and microgreen mix. Ready to grow, just sprinkle the seeds over a damp paper towel or in a sprouting jar, creating a delicious and nutritious mix. Sprouts are 40 times more nutritious than their fully-grown counterpart. Their fast-growing time requires minimal if any, sunlight and you can still enjoy a fresh harvest. Turnaround time for microgreens is 2-3 days to germinate and then 7-14 days to harvest. Mix contains assorted broccoli, amaranth, cabbage, mustard, and radish seeds in it.
