Cucumber - Suyo Long - Cucumis sativus
Tender annual Heirloom. Remarkable Chinese variety produces quantities of long, curvaceous fruits, 10"-16" long. Spiny skin protects the delicious, nonbitter flesh. Almost seedless, the fruits are burpless, crisp, and tender.
Did You Know? The flesh of cucumbers is primarily composed of water but also contains vitamin C. The skin is rich in minerals.
Soil & Water: Cucumbers love rich soil that is high in organic matter and well drained. Water heavily during fruiting.

Harvesting & Storage: Fruits are spiny when young, and become smoother and less ribbed at peak maturity. Fruits have a tendency to curl on one end, trellis vines for straight fruit. Widely adapted and heat tolerant
