Sea Shells Mix Cosmos
Days to Maturity: 65 days
Quantity: Approximately 0.5 g, or about ~57 seeds, (sows 12-14 inches)
(Cosmos bipinnatus) This unique cosmos variety features rolled and ruffled petals in mixed shades of red, pink, and white, creating a beautiful bicolor effect. Reaching up to 6 feet tall, the well-branched plants thrive in sunny, dry conditions and bloom freely all summer, making them ideal for low-maintenance garden spaces.
How to Grow:
Annual. Germination: 14 days at 70°F. Prefers full sun but tolerates partial shade, poor soils, and drought once established. For earlier blooms, sow indoors 4–6 weeks before the last frost, or direct sow outdoors after all danger of frost has passed. Plant 1/4 inch deep and thin to 12–14 inches apart. Deadhead to prolong blooming. Seed heads will attract birds.
