Named for the ancient trade route that introduced East Asian greens like pac choy and mustards to the West, this versatile mix combines a beautiful range of colors, textures, and flavors. Well-balanced and uniform, the greens mature evenly for an easy, timely harvest with a pleasant, lightly spicy flavor.
