Black oil sunflower variety celebrated for producing tender, flavorful shoots with a mild, nutty taste.

Succulent stems and leaves make a delicious addition to salads, sandwiches, and stir-fries. Harvest when shoots reach 3–4", just before true leaves appear, for the best texture and flavor.

Plant Information:

• Days to Maturity: 7–14 days
• Use: Microgreens or fresh shoots

Growing Instructions:

• Sow seeds densely in trays or shallow containers with good drainage.
• Keep soil consistently moist but not waterlogged.
• Harvest at 3–4" tall, just before true leaves appear, for optimal flavor and tenderness.
