Plant Information:

• Days to Maturity: 6–10 days
• Use: Wheatgrass, sprouting, milling, or juicing
• Texture: Tender and hearty when sprouted

Growing Instructions:

• Soak seeds for 8–12 hours before planting.
• Sow densely in trays or shallow containers with good drainage.
• Keep soil evenly moist and harvest when shoots reach 6–8" tall for juicing or earlier for tender sprouts.
